Durand Cup 2024 Points Table: The prestigious Durand Cup has started from July 27. Twenty Four football clubs across India and Nepal have taken part in the 133rd edition of the tournament.
The tournament will consist of 43 matches played in a round-robin league-cum-knockout format. The 24 teams will be divided into six groups, with eight teams - group winners and two best second-placed sides - advancing to the knockout stage.

Kolkata will host three groups while Kokrajhar, Shillong, and Jamshedpur will each host one group. The three prestigious Durand Trophies will embark on a nationwide tour starting in New Delhi on July 10 before arriving in Kolkata ahead of the opening match at Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan (VYBK) on July 27. The final will be played at the Vivekanand Yuba Bharati Krirangan on August 31.
Mohun Bagan Super Giant are the current defending champions after winning the tournament for a record-breaking 17th time last year beating arch-rivals East Bengal.
