Eden Hazard desperate to move to Real Madrid

Bengaluru, March 6: Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard will reportedly try and orchestrate a move to Real Madrid if they show interest in the summer.

The Belgian has consistently been linked with a mega-money move to the Santiago Bernabeu with boss Zinedine Zidane a massive fan.

Recent reports claim that the 27-year-old winger is stalling on new Chelsea deal in the hope that he can seal a switch to Spain in the summer.

Hazard looked frustrated up front on his own as the Blues were downed 1-0 to champions-elect Manchester City on Sunday (March 4).

But a move to the 11-time Champions League winners would be dependant on Zidane staying as the manager of the club.

Real won 3-1 at the weekend but are 15 points behind Barcelona in La Liga and seven behind second placed Atletico Madrid.

So, it is imperative that they have no chance of retailing their La Liga titleand reports are emerging that Zidane's future as the manager is uncertain.

Chelsea are desperate to tie Hazard down to a new contract with boss Antonio Conte set to leave Stamford Bridge in the summer.

Hazard's compatriot and teammaete Thibaut Courtois, is also stalling on a new deal with Real Madrid also said to be interested in the star keeper.

New deals could see both Belgians have huge release clauses put in their contracts to stop them leaving on the cheap.

However, the Blues are pretty much on the backfoot right now with both players looking to stall on their contracts.

Chelsea's Champions League qualification is at stake right now and missing on top four is only likely to make the situation harder for the Blues.
