Lee Carsley, serving as England's interim manager, has announced the final squad for the Three Lions before Thomas Tuchel takes over next year. Southampton's Taylor Harwood-Bellis and Newcastle's Lewis Hall have received their first senior call-ups for the Nations League matches against Greece and the Republic of Ireland. Harwood-Bellis has been a regular in Southampton's Premier League games this season and is familiar to Carsley from his time with England's Under-21 team.
Hall has also impressed with his performance, delivering 11 successful crosses and creating 15 chances for Newcastle in the Premier League. Only Anthony Gordon has bettered these numbers with 15 crosses and 20 chances created. Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones is another uncapped player included in the squad, while Aston Villa's Morgan Rogers misses out.

Cole Palmer has been included in the 26-man squad despite missing Chelsea training due to an injury sustained against Manchester United. Meanwhile, Kobbie Mainoo and Manchester City's John Stones are absent because of injuries. Nick Pope has also been left out, with Aaron Ramsdale taking his place.
England will play against Group B2 leaders Greece in Athens on November 14. They will then conclude their Nations League campaign at Wembley against Ireland three days later.

Defenders are Marc Guehi (Crystal Palace), Ezri Konsa (Aston Villa), Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Levi Colwill (Chelsea), Rico Lewis (Manchester City), Kyle Walker (Manchester City), Lewis Hall (Newcastle), and Taylor Harwood-Bellis (Southampton).
