The English Premier League season concluded on Sunday (May 28) in an enthralling fashion. Although the league winners were already decided, there was still a lot to play for at the bottom half of the table.
It has been an excellent season for Manchester City, who have been crowned Champions for the third season in a row. The Cityzens have won five titles in the last six seasons and secured their 8th Premier League title overall.

The record book has taken a tumble as Man City striker Erling Haaland has broken the records of most league goals in a season in the history of the competition. There have been goals, unmatched performances and many more throughout the course of the season, and today we shall take a look at some of the top numbers from the just-concluded season.

It has been an excellent season for Joao Palhinha at Fulham. The Portuguese midfielder played a big part in the London team's fantastic season.
In terms of the goalkeepers, Man United custodian David de Gea won the Golden Glove for the season with 17 clean sheets. Newcastle's Nick Pope, Liverpool's Alisson and Arsenal's Aaron Ramsdale all ended up with 14 clean sheets, followed by David Raya of Brentford who had 12.
