London, Jan 13: Chelsea maintain third place with comfortable win, Aston Villa enter relegation zone, Reading earn third win of the season, all the results from Game Week 22 of the Barclays Premier League.

Two own goals from Jonathan Walters handed Chelsea an easy victory over Stoke City. Frank Lampard and Eden Hazard made it 4-0 as the Blues became the first team to beat the Potters at home this season. Rafa Benitez's side kept their place at third in the league standings.

Harry Redknapp's QPR side managed to earn a point against London rivals Tottenham at Loftus Road. Rangers remain at the bottom of the league with 0-0 draw, thanks to goalkeeper Julio Cesar.

Reading moved up to 19th place after coming back from two goals down to 3-2 against West Brom Albion. Romelu Lukaku's double put the visitors on course for victory but three goals in the last ten minutes from Jimmy Kebe, Adam Le Fondre and Pavel Pogrebnyak heldped the Royals to their third win this season.

Everton lost a chance to claim the Champions League spot after being held at home by Swansea City.

Newcastle are slipping towards the relegation zone as their clash against Norwich City ended 0-0. The Magpies are two points clear from the drop.

Aston Villa entered the relegation zone after losing 1-0 to Southampton at Villa Park. Ricky Lambert converted from the spot after a controversial penalty decision was given.

Wigan benifited by Villa's loss as they moved above them to 17th position after drawing 1-1 against Fulham at Craven Cottage. Franco Di Santo cancelled out Giorgos Karagounis' opneing goal.

Sunderland thrashed West Ham United 3-0 thanks to goals from Sebastian Larsson, Adam Johnson and James McClean.
