London, Oct 28: Manchester City kept the title race on after narrowly beating Swansea City 1-0 at Etihad Stadium on Saturday. Carlos Tevez's second-half strike helped the champions maintain their unbeaten record at home.

After back-to-back defeats, Arsenal finally clinched a 1-0 victory over Queens Park Rangers at the Emitates Stadium. Mikel Arteta's 84th minute strike helped Gunners climb to fourth spot for the first time this season while midfielder Jack Wilshere started for Arsenal after being out with injuries for more than a year.

Norwich City held 10-man Aston Villa with a 1-1 draw at Villa Park. Christian Benteke opened the scoring for Villa but was cancelled out by a late equaliser by Michael Turner. Paul Lambert's side played most of secong-half with a man down after Joe Bennet recieved a second yellow card.

The Madejski Stadium witnessed a six-goal thriller as Reading came back to draw 3-3 against Fulham. However, the Royals are still searching for their first win this season.

Wigan Athletic clinched their first home win beating West Ham United 2-1 at the DW Stadium.

Stoke City and Sunderland played out a 0-0 draw at the Brittania Stadium. Both sides have the highest number of draws than any other team in this campaign.
