The Rangers face their toughest test in the final 12 games but having beating Chelsea away and drawing against Tottenham and Manchester City at home, Harry Redknapp's side can steal a point against United.
They haven't been winning lately but drew four out of their last five league games. QPR were thrashed 4-1 last time out at Swansea.
United will hard to beat given their strength in depth and record at Loftus Road. They haven't lost at Loftus Road since 1989 and they have never lost to QPR in the Premier League. The Red Devils will not look to drop points at this stage of the season and a win would take them 15 points on top of rivals Manchester City.
United remain unbeaten in 14 league games winning 12 of them and conceding only 14 goals in that time.
Team News
QPR striker Loic Remy is doubtful to face United with a groin problem but Junior Hoilett and Samba Diakite are available.
Wayne Rooney could miss the clash with illness and although he returned to training manager Sir Alex Ferguson does not expect the striker to have completely recovered.
