Bengaluru, Oct 23: Jose Mourinho returns home tonight as Chelsea FC take on Manchester United at the Stamford Bridge.
Manchester United manager Mourinho, who was sacked by the Blues midseason last year will be back at Stamford Bridge first time in 1 year.
Chelsea are on a high at the moment as they had picked up a comfortable win over Leicester City last week. Antonio Conte has deployed brand new tactics and playing a 3-4-3 formation. The Blues are placed in the 5th position in the league table.
Manchester United, on other hand, have had a tough start to the season so far. They are placed at the 7th position in the league table.
It will be interesting to see if Antonio Conte would change the winning combination and bring Brazilian duo Willian and Oscar who were out of the squad last week.
Cesc Fabregas and Branislav Ivanovic have been ruled out of action due to injury.
Jose Mourinho took a defensive approach as they took on Liverpool last game week. Ashley Young started ahead of Juan Mata.
Considering the magnitude of this match, the Portuguese manager is likely to maintain the same starting XI. Henrikh Mkhitaryan is yet to gain full fitness as Mourinho suggested that he need to train more to gain match fitness.
