London, Aug 29: Game week 3 of the English Premier League concluded last with Pep Guardiola's Manchester City comfortably beating West Ham United 3-1 to reach the top of the table.
It was yet another exciting weekend in England as the fans witnessed some really exciting clashes featuring the best team in the country.

The game week kicked off with Liverpool taking on Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday (August 27) at the White Hart Lane. The game ended in a 1-1 draw with James Milner and Danny Rose scoring for Liverpool and Tottenham respectively.
Next up were Chelsea against Burnley and Arsenal against Watford FC. Both the London giants picked up easy wins scoring 3 goals each in their respective match.
Eden Hazard, Willian and Victor Moses were on target for the Blues as they thrashed Burnely. For the Gunners, Alexis Sanchez scored and assisted to Mesut Ozil and Santi Cazorla netted one to seal Arsenal's first win of the season.
In the final match on Saturday, Manchester United faced Hull City. The newly promoted Hull so far had a good run in the league winning their first two matches.
Their good run of form continued against Red Devils too as ther were resilient against the series of attacks launched by United. Fortunately for United, Marucs Rashford who came in the second half netted the all important goal in 92nd minute to assure his club full three points.
Last but not the least, Manchester City were on action yesterday (Augst 28) against West Ham United. Pep Guardiola's men thumped 3 goals past the Hammers to retain their number 1 position in the league tabel.
