Erling Haaland has equalled Cristiano Ronaldo's record for the fastest 100 goals scored for a single club.

This achievement places him alongside Ronaldo, who reached this milestone with Real Madrid in 105 matches. Haaland's remarkable feat was accomplished during the Premier League match against Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday (September 22).

Haaland's goal against Arsenal was assisted by Savinho's precise through ball, allowing him to outpace defenders William Saliba and Gabriel before beating goalkeeper David Raya. This goal marked his tenth in just five league games this season, making him the quickest player to reach ten goals in a Premier League season.

Despite his success, Haaland did not score in Manchester City's initial Champions League match of the season against Inter Milan. This missed opportunity left him with one final chance to secure the record outright in a Premier League clash against Arsenal.

The Norwegian managed to score against the Gunners, thus sharing the magnificent achievement with the Portugal legend.
