Ethenpa appointed manager of Indian football u-13 squad

Gangtok, May 2 (UNI) Menla Ethenpa, general secretary of Sikkim Football Assocation (SFA), has been appointed as the manager of the Indian under-13 squad for the Asian Football Confederation championship to be held in Dhaka, Bangladesh, from May 3 to 8.

Mr Ethenpa today left for Delhi to join the contingent.

Teams from Asian countries will be participating in the championship whose second and third phases will be held at Abu Dhabi and Chinese Taipai respectively.

For the past one month the Indian team is undergoing training in Goa.
