The UEFA Euro 2024, Europe's premier football tournament, ended on Sunday (July 14) after almost a month-long battle among Europe's 24 elite nations.
The magnificent continental tournament concluded with a blockbuster final between Spain and England, and it was Spain who created history by beating England 2-1 in the final.

Nico Williams opened the scoring for Spain, before Cole Palmer equalized for the Three Lions. But Mikel Oyarzabal scored in the 86th minute to win the Euros for Spain/
After the final, many individual and team awards were handed out to the top players of the tournament. The top three scorers of the tournament were bestowed with the Golden, Silver and Bronze Boot, among many other individual awards. The best youngest player also received an award.
Nico Williams got the player of the match award after his goal in the Final. The Spanish attacker was excellent on the night.
Lamine Yamal scored a goal and made 4 assists in the tournament. The 17-year-old broke numerous records and is surely going to be a star for the future.
Rodri won the player of the tournament after his stellar performances in the midfield for Spain. The Man City player was taken off at halftime due to an injury but came back to claim his accolade.
UEFA said that they will share the Euro 2024 Golden Boot between six players if England vs. Spain fails to produce a clear winner of the trophy. Six players scored three goals each and all have been awarded with the Golden Boot.
The Golden Boot winners are - Cody Gakpo (Netherlands), Harry Kane (England), Dani Olmo (Spain), Jamal Musiala (Germany), Ivan Schranz (Slovakia) and Georges Mikautadze (Georgia).
