In the first match of the UEFA Euro 2024, the host nation Germany will face Scotland at the Munich Football Arena (Allianz Arena) in Munich in a Group A Match on Friday (June 14).

Despite the lacklustre performances in the recent international tournaments, Germany is among the favourites to lift the trophy. In their last Euro campaign, Die Mannschaft were eliminated in the round of 16, as they lost against England. Despite players like Timo Werner, Serge Gnabry, and Leon Goretzka missing out on the Euro for various reasons, German boss Julian Nagelsmann will have a plethora of options in this star-studded German squad.

Toni Kroos and Bayer Leverkusen's Robert Andrich might be the double pivot in the midfield and will be partnered with the captain Ilkay Gündogan.
