The UEFA Euro 2024 is set to start in Germany from June 14. The continental extravaganza will see 24 European nations participating in the prized tournament and seek for supremacy.
Apart from the glory and the trophies, a humongous amount of prize money is also to be claimed by the teams.

The distribution amount of prize money for participating teams in Euro 2024 remains unchanged from the last edition totalling €331 million (2981.5 crore Indian Rupees). The structure for the distribution is also the same.
Each team will receive a participation fee of €9.25 million. Additionally, match bonuses are set at €1 million for a win and €500,000 for a draw while the losing team won't have anything.
Teams advancing to the round of 16 will earn €1.5 million. Quarter-finalists will get €2.5 million, while semi-finalists will secure €4 million.
The runners-up will receive an extra €5 million. The champions of the 2024 European tournament will receive an additional €8 million.
The maximum amount a team can earn, if they win all their group matches, is €28.25 million, which is around Rs. 254.4 crore in Indian currency.

Last 16 Prize Money: Rs 13.5 crore
Quarterfinal Prize Money: Rs 22.5 crore

Winners Prize Money: Rs 72 crore
