The UEFA Euro 2024 has seen an excellent group stages campaign and now 16 teams have advanced to the knockout stages of the competition.
While many teams have taken their step towards the next phase, a few have already lost the plot have suffered an early elimination from the Euros this season.

16 teams from the initial 24 will advance to the knockouts. The top two teams from each group get their nod while the four best 3rd-placed teams have also advanced to the next stage.
Germany and Switzerland have qualified for the knockouts from Group A.
From Group B, Italy and Spain have qualified as well. Italy joined Spain who finished top of the group.
From Group C, England, Denmark and Slovenia have advanced to the knockout stages.
From Group D, France and Austria qualified for the knockouts and the latter topped the group. Netherlands, who finished 3rd in the group are also through to the Round of 16 of the Euro 2024.
In Group E, Romania qualified as group winners while Belgium also progressed as the runners-up from the group. Slovakia has also progressed as the 3rd-placed team from the group.
Portugal has qualified for the Round of 16 as well and they have gone through as Group winners. Turkey joined them as the runners-up while Georgia has qualified as well.
Round of 16 Qualified Teams: Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, England, France, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Slovenia, Romania, Slovakia, Belgium, Portugal, Turkey, Georgia.
Six bottom teams of the six groups and two bottom among the 3rd-placed teams of Euro 2024 will be eliminated from Euro 2024. At the moment, the eliminated teams are three in the Euro 2024.
Scotland (Group A), Albania (Group B), Serbia (Group C), Poland (Group D) and Ukraine (Group E) and Czech Republic (Group F) are eliminated after finishing at the bottom of their groups.
Among the 3rd-placed teams, Hungary (Group A) and Croatia (Group B) have also bowed out of the tournament.
