Dortmund (Germany), April 12: A player was injured after a German football team's bus was involved in an explosion in Dortmund ahead of the their Champions League quarter-final first-leg tie. As a result of this incident the Champions League match between Borussia Dortmund and Monaco has been postponed until Wednesday (April 12).
According to reports, a player was injured with reports mentioning that the injured player was Marc Bartra. He was taken to hospital immediately. However, there were no reports of other injuries.

The German club were scheduled to take on Monaco in the game to be played at the Westfalenstadion. Three explosions reportedly went off near the team bus as investigators are yet to ascertain the cause of the explosions.
North Rhine-Westphalia police spokesman Gunnar Wortmann told The Associated Press that there were "three explosions near the team bus as they left the hotel to go to the stadium" and that "there was one player injured inside and damage to a window."
This was the second time that a soccer match in Germany has been postponed amid security concerns in recent times.
Earlier in November 2015, Germany's international soccer friendly against the Netherlands was canceled ahead of kickoff after police feared an explosive device might be detonated at the stadium in Hannover.
