Fabinho left stunned after the Brazilian midfielder received an expensive gift, believed to be a Rolex watch, from a fan following his debut for Al-Ittihad in the Saudi Pro League on Monday (August 14).
The Brazilian midfielder moved from Premier League giants Liverpool to Saudi Arabian side Al-Ittihad last month for a reported £40 million ($50.7m) fee with the 29-year-old signing a three-year deal with the Saudi club.

On Monday (August 14), Fabinho started alongside ex-Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante in midfield against Al-Raed in the Saudi Pro League 2023-24 season opener, putting in a strong display in his team's 3-0 win.
After the match, an Al-Ittihad fan, who was impressed by the Brazilian's performance, gave him a Rolex watch and put it on Fabinho's wrist. The stunned midfielder was blown away by the gesture, reacting "Come on, really?" and thanked the supporter.
But as he walked off with it, the watch fell to the ground. However, there was no damage done as the ex-Liverpool man looked relieved. Here is a look at the viral video in which one Liverpool supporter has quoted, "Surely, we can't compete Saudi":
Fabinho is expected to earn 700k pounds per week, which is enough to buy several rolex watches himself, but was stunned by this gesture from a fan following his SPL debut.
The former Liverpool star can also be seen dropping the luxury gift after he thanks the fan and walks off in the video that has gone viral in the past 24 hours. The Brazilian, however, was relieved to see no damage done to the watch.
Fabinho is one of four players that left European football for the Saudi Arabian club Al-Ittihad with Karim Benzema, Kante and Jota the three stars, who joined from Real Madrid, Chelsea and Celtic respectively.
Ever since Cristiano Ronaldo made his move to the Al Nassr, many top players have joined the Portuguese great in the Saudi Arabian league. The recent arrival was Neymar, who left PSG to join Al Hilal on a lucrative contract.
There are several more players linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League with Fabinho's former teammates Mohamed Salah and Alisson Becker being the latest set for a transfer from the Premier League.
