FC Goa will welcome Northeast United in a crucial Indian Super League (ISL 2023-24) match on Wednesday (February 21).
Both FC Goa and Northeast United will be hoping to return to winning ways after defeat at the hands of Mohun Bagan Super Giant in their last ISL match. Manolo Marquez's FC Goa are currently placed 3rd in the table but a win can take them to the summit, whereas the Highlanders need a victory to claim the 6th spot.

Northeast United have made a decent start to the second half of the ISL season. They won a crucial match against East Bengal, but lost to the Mariners in the last match.
Juan Pedro Benali will be happy with the performances, but a victory over the Gaurs in Goa can be a statement from them and the Northeast players will be desperate for that. Also their new signing Tomi Juric has made a fantastic start with 4 goals in his first three ISL matches, which is also going to be an encouraging factor for the visitors.
The home side is playing excellent football this season but they need to forget their blip and come back to get all three points. Noah Sadaoui, Carlos Martinez have been the stars for them this season. The addition of Borja Herrera from East Bengal has further bolstered the midfield, and the Spaniard may play a part in the proceedings on Wednesday.
