Fans heading to MetLife Stadium for the FIFA World Cup 2026 final between Spain and Argentina should be prepared for a wide range of food and beverage choices.

As Lionel Messi and co. take on Spanish Armada in a mouthwatering final, the fans can also satisy their taste buds with a variety of foods available at the stadium.

While concession costs remain on the premium side, the New Jersey venue compares favourably with several other World Cup stadiums across the United States, Canada and Mexico, as per a report from The Athletic.

Supporters will find multiple food stalls serving everything from quick snacks to complete meals. One of the standout options is a combo meal featuring four chicken tenders, fries and a Coca-Cola, priced at $19. Fans who prefer only the chicken tenders can purchase them separately, with prices ranging between $13 and $15, depending on the portion size.

Other meal options include sausage sandwiches for $14, deli sandwiches costing $16, a Stadium Hot Dog at $8.50, turkey sandwiches for $7, and pizza slices priced at $11 for cheese and $12 for pepperoni. Side dishes such as French fries ($8), cheese fries ($9), pretzel braids ($9) and clam strips ($6) are also available, giving supporters plenty of choices throughout the match.

Beverages are equally varied. A 20-ounce bottle of water costs $5, while soft drinks such as Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta and Diet Coke are available for $6. Powerade sports drinks are priced at $7.

Beer remains among the most popular purchases, with a 16-ounce domestic beer costing $16. Craft and imported beers are available from $17, while draft versions cost an extra dollar. Fans looking for alcohol-free alternatives can opt for non-alcoholic beer at $13. Premium drinks include canned hard seltzers and cocktails priced at $19, mixed cocktails from $17, and wine at $15 per serving.

Unlike previous FIFA World Cups, food pricing has not been standardised across all host venues. Instead, existing concession operators at each stadium have continued to manage their own menus and pricing. As a result, costs differ considerably across the 16 World Cup venues.

Despite premium pricing, MetLife compares well in several categories. Its bottled water ranks among the more affordable options, soft drinks are cheaper than at many stadiums, and its domestic beer prices sit close to the tournament average. Snacks such as chips, popcorn and fries are also competitively priced compared to several other host venues.

For supporters attending football's biggest match, budgeting around $30-45 per person for food and drinks would be a sensible plan while enjoying the historic occasion.
