Fiorentina vs West Ham United - Europa Conference League Final: Team News, Playing XI

Bengaluru, June 7: Fiorentina take on West Ham United at Prague's Fortuna Arena in Europa Conference League final as both clubs aim to end a long trophy drought.

This will be the second edition of the Conference League. Last season an Italian side, AS Roma clinched the title and Fiorentina could replicate the same this season.

West Ham United

Fiorentina had a mediocre league campaign themselves, finishing eighth in Serie A. They are in search of their first trophy in 22 years and the Conference final will be their second cup final of a busy year after losing to Inter in the Coppa Italia last month.

West Ham, on the other hand, experienced a bad campaign in the Premier League. The Europa Conference League has been a welcome distraction for them after finishing 14th in the league table.

But with their fine run in UEFA's third-tier competition points, they will have a chance to sign off for the summer break on a high and win their first major trophy in 43 years.

Fiorentina vs West Ham Team News

Fiorentina: Fiorentina manager Vincenzo Italiano in the latter stages of the Serie A fixtures has used his roster quite cleverly handing several stars the much-needed rest. They don't have any significant injury concerns to deal with, having made a number of changes domestically in recent weeks to keep players fit for the final.

His first choice playing 11 is very much raring to go with only Salvatore Sirigu as the long-term absentee who is their third-choice goalkeeper. The main eye will be on Giacomo Bonaventura who has been their creative presence this season while the scoring duties will be much dependent on striker Arthur Cabral.

Fiorentina Possible Line Up: Terraccioano, Dodo, Milenkovic, Quarta, Biraghi, Amrabat, Mandragiora, Ikone, Bonaventura, Gonzalez, Cabral

West Ham United: David Moyes too does not have much of an injury concern and will only be without star striker Gianluca Scamacca who has been long out injured.

Much of their performance will depend upon the impact of midfield duo Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek. The backline will be commanded by reliant Naif Aguerd and Kurt Zouma. The attack will be made of Said Benrahma, Jarod Bowen, and Michael Antonio.

West Ham Possible Line Up: Fabianski, Coufal, Zouma, Aguerd, Creswell, Soucek, Rice, Benrahma, Paqueta, Bowen, Antonio.
