Football fraternity pays homage to Chapecoense footballers on Twitter

While some paid their homage on the social media platforms some chose the football field to pay their last respect to the deceased souls.

Chapecoense had qualified for the final of Copa Sudamericana and were scheduled to face Colombia's Atletico Nacional. Unfortunately, the players never reached their destination.

The Chapecoense air disaster will surely go down the history books of football as one of the darkest incidents.

After the dreadful incident happened last morning the entire football fraternity stood unified around the globe and had sent out their deepest condolences for the Brazilian side.
