Teams protesting against something is not uncommon in sports, especially football. Take for example, the 'Black Lives Matter' campaign got a major boost from the football world in recent times.
However, a new kind of protest took social media by storm. To protest against the commercialisation of sport, a football team named Pottoriginale All Stars played all naked and competed against a side that wore clothes.

The match was played in Herne, a city in Germany, a BILD report states. Pictures of the match have gone viral wherein the players (including two women players), who wore nothing but socks and boots. The jersey numbers were painted on their backs and chests.
"Football is sick to the core, so this is our way of fighting. This is part of football history," one of the game organisers is quoted as saying.
