Euro 2024 is knocking on the door and with so many world-class players in the tournament, questions come to mind as to who can shine the brightest for their national teams. However, this time around, it's not just big names, like Cristiano Ronaldo, Harry Kane, Luka Modric, or Toni Kroos.
Several young players have caught the eyes of every football fan this past season for their clubs. Expectedly so, these fans are now eager to see these young players perform brilliantly for their national teams. In a recent interview with Patrice Evra, myKhel asked for his opinion on how much effect these young players will have in Euro 2024.

The former France and Manchester United star replied, “I don't understand why we call them young. We're talking about Lamine Yamal from Spain and Jamal Musiala from Germany or about Jude Bellingham. But for me, those players, you know, are not young anymore because they're playing for the biggest teams in Europe.”
He added, “We're all waiting but I don't want us to put too much pressure on all those young players because like I said, it's something playing with your club and it's something different representing your country. But definitely, we want to see if now they are ready at the international level. So now this is a good chance for them to prove to people they can perform under the pressure.”
When asked if he had any favorites among these youngsters, he replied, “To mention one of them? No. There are a lot of them. People are expecting a lot from them because, you know, in their club, they have already proven they are, like, experienced players. So I don't like to call them young. Because if they are now playing for the national team, it means they're ready.
