Bengaluru, February 22: Bayer Leverkusen ace Leon Bailey has dismissed all the rumours linking him with a move to Premier League and claimed that he will only move from his current side when he would think he is ready to jump into a big ship.

The Jamaican player stormed into the scene at Bundesliga this season with his impressive skills and pace along with goal producing ability.

His performance also did not go unnoticed among the big Premier league sides and reportedly Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool all have already made an enquiry for the 20-year-old.

But now in a latest revelation, the winger has suggested that he is in no rush to secure a high-profile move at this early stage of his career and advised his potential suitors to keep patience.

"Leverkusen is perfect for me," Bailey told Bild. "I want to develop and then I can take the next step.

"When I move to a big club, the people there will want to know me. I want to make a name for myself at the highest level."

Leverkusen have been heavily riding on the luck of Bailey this season. The player has already registered 11 goals and 5 assists so far this season helping his team climb to a fourth spot in the league, just two points behind second-placed Borussia Dortmund and has also inspired them to reach the semifinals of the DFB Pokal this campaign.

Moreover, the youngster who joined the German side from Gent for €13.5m last summer has also promised his fans that should he and his teammates advance to the final, he will do everything he can to bring an end to the trophy drought since the 1992-93 season, killing their infamous tag of 'Neverkusen'.

"If we go to the cup final, we'll win it, I promise," he said. "That would be the end of Neverkusen."
