India are taking on Lebanon in the King's Cup on Sunday (September 10). The crucial encounter between the two nations will determine the 3rd place in the four-nation tournament.
The Blue Tigers lost the first match of the tournament against Iraq. After a 2-2 scoreline, they lost 4-5 on penalties and will now face Lebanon in this tie. These two teams recently met in the SAFF Championship after a penalty win.

The final whistle blows and India comes out empty-handed from Thailand. Lebanon secures the 3rd spot with a 1-0 win over the Blue Tigers as Kassam El Zein scored the solitary goal of the match.

India have made numerous defensive howlers in the second half. They are lucky to survive so far but the Blue Tigers need to improve.

The halftime whistle blows and it is goalless in Thailand. India have had the better of the proceedings so far in this match but we have seen nothing of that in front of the goal. Clear scarce of chances in the first half.
Anwar Ali tries to find one of the attackers but the ball goes out of bounds. It has been an underwhelming performance so far.

Lallianzula Chhangte makes a good run but fails to send in a cross at the box. Just at the moment of the cross, Chhangte loses his footing and gets it horribly wrong.
A number of Indian fans have arrived at the stadium to support team India in this match.
India fail to convert again. The ball over the top found Anirudh Thapa who tries to find a teammate with a pass and gets it all wrong. Probably the player should have taken a couple of more touches, or provided a better pass to Manvir.
