Denzel Dumfries propelled Inter into the Supercoppa Italiana final with a decisive second-half performance, securing a 2-0 win over Atalanta in Riyadh. The Scudetto holders aim for their fourth consecutive title in this competition and will face either Juventus or AC Milan, who clash in the other semi-final on Friday.

Inter's victory marked their seventh consecutive triumph over Atalanta across all competitions. This impressive streak follows a period where they struggled against Atalanta, failing to win seven out of nine encounters (D6 L1). Atalanta's woes continued as they have managed just one win in their last 18 matches against Inter (D6 L10).

The wing-back doubled his tally 12 minutes later with a powerful shot from the edge of the box that struck the underside of the crossbar before going in. This secured Inter's victory against Serie A leaders Atalanta.
