In the new extended format of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, Inter Miami will participate for the first time. The 32-team format is set to take place in the United States from June 14 to July 13.
As the host nation’s representative, Inter Miami secured their spot by winning the 2024 MLS Supporters’ Shield, setting a league record with 74 points in the regular season.

The Herons are drawn into Group A alongside Palmeiras, FC Porto and Al Ahly.
