Inter aims to secure a fourth consecutive victory after their recent 2-1 loss to Milan. Inzaghi emphasises the importance of maintaining focus and not underestimating their opponents.

Inter will be without midfielders Piotr Zielinski and Kristjan Asllani due to injuries. Zielinski has played just 68 minutes in Serie A this season, while Asllani sustained a knee injury. Despite these absences, Inzaghi remains confident, highlighting the inclusion of Thomas Berenbruch from the under-19 team as a promising addition to the squad.

The international break has not disrupted Inter's momentum, according to Inzaghi. "Before the break we had three wins, we need to continue on our path," he stated. The team is focused on maintaining their winning streak and building on their recent performances.

Inter faces a demanding schedule with seven matches in 20 days, including a Champions League clash against Young Boys on Wednesday and a Serie A match against Juventus next weekend. Inzaghi stresses the importance of taking each game as it comes, ensuring the team is well-prepared for each challenge.

"We know that we're about to play seven games in 20 days," Inzaghi said. "At the moment, the only concern for myself and the squad is to prepare well for the game against Roma [on Sunday]." He plans to utilise the entire squad effectively during this busy period.

Inzaghi acknowledges that players like Lautaro Martinez and Mehdi Taremi have returned from international duties in good condition. However, Zielinski's slight injury means he will not participate in Sunday's match. The manager remains optimistic about his team's depth and readiness for upcoming challenges.

Inzaghi is aware of Roma's potential threat under coach Ivan Juric. "We've faced [coach Ivan] Juric many times in recent years," he noted. Juric's influence at Roma requires Inter to deliver strong performances both offensively and defensively.
