Among injury concerns for the sides, East Bengal are likely to be without right-back Harmanjot Khabra, whose return from knee injury is not confirmed since injury two weeks ago. For Odisha, striker Diego Mauricio is likely to miss out as well after watching the last game from the stands due to injury.

The match is expected to be a battle of Odisha FC's attack against East Bengal's defense with the Roy Krishna likely to lead the attack once again. Krishna showed his hot form with two goals against Hyderabad FC as well. East Bengal's Jordanian centre-back Hijazi Maher, who put up a man of the match show, will be expected to keep Krishna quiet for the night again.
