The first full week of the Indian Super League Season 11 is done and dusted as we have witnessed all 13 teams in action in the first ten days.
The new season started with a 2-2 thriller in Kolkata which saw Mohun Bagan being thwarted by Mumbai City FC.

Across the last 10 days, many teams have showcased their might whereas a few have disappointed. Along the way, a couple of clubs have massively shocked with their amazing start to the season. As the first complete week of the season concluded on Sunday (September 22), let's have a look back how things unfolded in the very nascent stages of this ISL campaign.
As the ISL started on a Friday (September 13), we have included the previous week for the review as well.
| Date | Fixtures & Results |
| September 13 | Mohun Bagan 2-2 Mumbai City |
| September 14 | Odisha FC 2-3 Chennaiyin FC |
| September 15 | Kerala Blasters 1-2 Punjab FC |
| September 16 | Mohammedan SC 0-1 Northeast United |
| September 17 | FC Goa 1-2 Jamshedpur FC |
| September 19 | Bengaluru FC 3-0 Hyderabad FC |
| September 20 | Punjab FC 2-1 Odisha FC |
| September 21 | Jamshedpur FC 3-2 Mumbai City |
| September 22 | Kerala Blasters 2-1 East Bengal |
After Week 1, Bengaluru FC, Jamshedpur FC and Punjab FC are the only team with a 100 per cent winning record after playing multiple matches. On the other hand, East Bengal and Odisha FC are the teams without a single point despite playing 2 matches each.
It has been an amazing turnaround for Jamshedpur FC at the start of this brand new season. Under the adept coaching of Khalid Zamil, the Steel Miners are currently flying with six points in two matches. They have won both of their first two matches, first an away trip to Goa, and then they beat the reigning ISL Cup champions Mumbai City in Jamshedpur. The performances and the results are really promising, which makes them the hit team of the first week in the ISL.

Despite huge expectations, it has been an underwhelming start for Odisha FC. Sergio Lobera's team started the campaign with a home defeat against Chennaiyin, and the latest defeat against Punjab has compounded their problems. Although East Bengal have also lost their first two matches, the Kolkata club had two difficult away trips to Bengaluru and Kerala, which edges the Kalinga Warriors as the Flop team of the first week.

As Jamshedpur has found their early rhythm, Spanish midfielder Javi Hernandez has been their main orchestrator.

The experienced campaigner played two excellent matches, and the brace helped his team to get three crucial points against the Islanders. The 35-year-old loves 'responsibility' and he will be crucial for the Men of Steel if they are to make a strong bid this season.
