A number of key roles throughout various Indian football teams are filled by former LALIGA figures, strengthening the football links between Spain and India.
The inclusion of these ex-LALIGA figures within India's football community not only boosts the fan base, but also helps to raise the bar for football in India, while enabling a more solid connection between the two nations.
