Former East Bengal forward Javier Siverio is set to be signed by Jamshedpur FC for the upcoming season.
Javier Siverio spent the second half of last season on loan at Jamshedpur FC from East Bengal. He played 8 matches for the Red Miners and scored three goals for them.

Although Siverio's future was hanging on a balance, MyKhel can confirm that the Spaniard will be signing a contract with Jamshedpur FC for the upcoming ISL season.
The Jharkhand club extended head coach Khalid Jamil's contract and the Indian coach gave the green light for Siverio.
Siverio, who has played for the likes of Racin Santander and Las Palmas in Spain, came to India with Hyderabad FC. He had a stellar couple of seasons at the Nawabs before switching for Kolkata in East Bengal. Things didn't go well at all for the Spanish player as he never managed a league goal despite playing 10 ISL matches for the Red and Gold brigade.
His dismal form took a positive turn in Jamshedpur where he found a few crucial goals, one of which came in a famous away win against Mumbai City FC.
Jamshedpur FC have made a few signings and extended a few contracts already this season. Japanese midfielder Rei Tachikawa is staying for this season, and so is Indian forward Seiminlen Doungel.
Amrit Gope and Sreekuttan VS are the two players who have been roped in for the upcoming season.
