JCT trounced by East Bengal for first time in home-match
Ludhiana, Feb 19 (UNI) JCT Phagwara tasted their first loss at home-ground this season when they lost to East Bengal 1-2 in the National Football League at Guru Nanak stadium here today.
For East Bengal, striker Edmilson Marques scored both the goals, which came at 14th and 32nd minutes.
For JCT, Baldeep (Senior) scored the lone goal during the injury time.
With this win, East Bengal have collected 10 points from five matches while JCT are at five points from four matches.
