Julian Alvarez has voiced concerns about his future at Manchester City after being excluded from key matches. Despite playing 2,657 minutes in the Premier League last season, his highest since joining in January 2022, he often found himself on the bench during crucial games.

"Last season I was one of the players who played the most minutes in the team. But it’s true: in the end, in some important games, it’s not pleasant to be left out."

Alvarez plans to reflect on his future after the Olympics. "I will have time to consider my decision. I haven’t stopped to think things through calmly. Once the Olympic Games are over, I will take the time to reflect on what I want for myself," he added.

The 24-year-old has been productive for City, scoring 36 goals and providing 18 assists in 103 appearances across all competitions. His contributions have not gone unnoticed by other clubs.
