The countdown to the highly anticipated Kalinga Super Cup 2024 has commenced as the All India Football Federation (AIFF) recently unveiled the fixtures for this prestigious football tournament.
This annual extravaganza, organized by the AIFF, brings together 16 elite teams, with 12 from the Indian Super League (ISL) and four from the I-League, marking a significant event in the domestic football calendar.

The draw for the group stage, conducted on December 18, 2023, at the Football House in New Delhi, revealed the intense competition awaiting fans.
The tournament, scheduled to take place in Odisha from January 9 to 28, 2024, promises an exhilarating clash among football titans and serves as a pinnacle in the domestic football scene.
The fixtures, announced by the AIFF, set the stage for a thrilling series of matches that will unfold on two pitches at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar: Kalinga Stadium Pitch 1 and Kalinga Stadium Main Pitch.
The group stage, running from January 9 to January 22, will be followed by the semi-finals on January 24 and 25, leading up to the grand final on January 28.
A noteworthy aspect of the tournament is the opportunity for the winner to earn a place in the AFC 2024-25 season's ACL 2 Preliminary Stage.
Teams from both the ISL and I-League will vie for the coveted silverware, adding to the tournament's excitement and significance. East Bengal FC and Hyderabad FC are set to kick off the tournament, with Odisha FC, the current titleholders, facing Bengaluru FC in a rematch of the last edition's final.
