La Liga 2016/17: Schedule of game week 8

Bengaluru, Oct 12: After a long gap of 14 days due to the international break, La Liga action is finally back this Saturday (October 15).

Las Palmas take on Espanyol in the opening match of the game week on Friday midnight (October 15).

On Saturday, reigning champions FC Barcelona take on Deportivo La Coruna. The Catalan giants are struggling at the moment as they are in the fourth position behind Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid and Spain.

League leaders Atletico Madrid face Granada. Diego Simeone's side are on a high right now as consecutive victories in the last few weeks has guided them to the top of the table.

Real Madrid take on Real Betis on Saturday midnight. Zinedine Zidane's men were held for back to back three draws in the last 3 weeks. They have gone down the table to second position.
