Bengaluru, April 10: La Liga game week 31 kicked off on Saturday (April 8) with Villarreal thrashing Athletic Bilbao 3-1 at the Estadio de la Cerámica.

Villarreal who are fighting hard for a possible Champions League position are now 7 points behind fourth-placed Sevilla in the league table.
