Van Nistelrooy's comments suggest he is struggling to find a solution to their poor form. "Very difficult especially after 33 minutes, we lost another game starting with the best intentions. We lost another early goal. It's very disappointing and worrying," he stated. The manager highlighted the challenge of improving when there are no positive aspects to build upon.

Despite the ongoing struggles, a bright spot for Leicester was the debut of Jeremy Monga. At just 15 years and 271 days old, Monga became the second-youngest player in Premier League history when he entered the match in the 74th minute. Only Ethan Nwaneri debuted at a younger age. Van Nistelrooy praised Monga's potential: "You could see glimpses of his great qualities.
