Lionel Messi is regarded as one of the greatest footballers of all time. The Argentina captain is a legend of the game and is once in a generation athlete.
Messi's skill, poise and footballing brain are something which can't be replicated and his oozing class makes him a world-beater, to say the least. But what about another version of Lionel Messi!

Although a player such as Messi can't be cloned, a video has gone viral on social media where a person has been dubbed as Lionel Messi 2.0 for resembling Messiesque play.
The unnamed man can be seen playing wearing a PSG shirt with Messi's name on the back of it. He can be seen swivelling with the players, making fast turns and dribbling past opponents.
The player also has good close control and a running posture which is being deemed as similar to Messi. A video was uploaded on social media and some of the fans agreed to have found a resemblance with the Inter Miami star.
"Somewhere out there, there is a very fantastic footballer that didn't go pro probably because of the country they were born in or some other reason. Some are even better than some players at pro clubs," a fan commented.
Some others commented that the player must have watched a lot of Messi videos to sharpen his skills, while one completely dismissed the resemblance and said he 'just mimicked Messi's walk'.
Speaking about Lionel Messi, the Argentine is currently enjoying an extended break after winning the Copa America title. But he has been suffering from an injury as well, which may mean a later return to his club Inter Miami amid the MLS season.
