Liverpool secured a 2-0 victory over Aston Villa at Anfield, with Mohamed Salah playing a crucial role. This win puts Liverpool five points ahead in the Premier League standings. Darwin Nunez opened the scoring in the 20th minute, thanks to Salah's excellent play. Nunez managed to score from a tight angle, giving Liverpool an early lead.
