Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) aims to end their Ligue 1 season strongly against Auxerre, as they prepare for the Coupe de France and Champions League finals. With the Ligue 1 title already secured, PSG is focused on maintaining momentum for these crucial upcoming matches.

PSG's manager, Luis Enrique, emphasises the importance of a strong finish to the domestic season. "We want to put in a strong performance to prepare us to be competitive in the two finals that lie ahead. That is our goal," he stated during a pre-match press conference. The team will face Auxerre at home on Saturday.

The club is on the verge of achieving a remarkable treble, including the elusive Champions League trophy. They have already secured their fourth consecutive Ligue 1 title with six games remaining. The next challenge is defeating Reims in the Coupe de France final on May 24, followed by facing Inter in the Champions League final seven days later.

Enrique plans to rotate his squad to maintain fitness levels and ensure players are in top form for these finals. Reflecting on last season's celebrations, Enrique acknowledges a missed opportunity. "I think there is a difference and I made a mistake because I didn't make the most of the festivities after a year filled with hard work," he admitted.

This time around, Enrique intends to enjoy the celebrations regardless of Saturday's result. He believes it's essential to celebrate with supporters after securing the league title. "I hope we will make the most of it this year regardless of the result [on Saturday]," he added.
