Despite achieving the historic treble just last week, Manchester City intend not to waste any time in rebuilding and are all set for a busy transfer window in the upcoming weeks.
The Citizens created history after they beat Inter Milan in the Champions League final 1-0 to complete the European treble with English Premier League and FA Cup win. They became the second team after Manchester United to achieve the same feat.

The squad is yet to be reenergized from the conquering hangover however it is believed that a couple of exits can happen from the Treble-winning squad.
The core of Guardiola's team will remain intact, but as per reports, there will be a number of high-profile departures, and City will work quickly to replace them in order to maintain their control over the domestic and European stage.
Here we have taken a look at such five names who have been linked with an exit from Etihad ahead of the 2023-24 season-
1. Joao Cancelo
Joao Cancelo was an essential part of the City team playing both in left and right back. But he is reported to have had a falling out with Guardiola, which led to his transfer to Bayern.
The Bavarians have decided not to take up their optional clause to sign the Portuguese full-back although he is sure to leave the club in summer.
2. Aymeric Laporte
The Spanish defender is expected to leave for more playing time after being the fifth center-back this season. Laporte played just 12 times this season and is said to have grown frustrated at his lack of playing time.
Once a pillar of the side, the 29-year-old is expected to leave the club. Manchester City are reportedly plotting Croatian defender Josko Gvardiol as his replacement.
3. Ilkay Gundogan
Ilkay Gundogan's future is also up for debate at City whose contract will expire this summer. Probably one of the most clutch players in the club's history, the German midfielder reportedly has expressed his desire for a new challenge.
City are still keen to tie him down, however, he has been linked with a move to Barcelona as well as Arsenal.

4. Bernardo Silva
The Portuguese maestro has also been a vital cog under Guardiola's system but more recently his future has been a major talking point. The former Monaco man has a contract until 2025.
However, he is reportedly looking for a new challenge. Silva pushed for a move last summer as well however decided to stay put. The rumors of him leaving have again started to resurface. It now remains to be seen what decision he takes in the upcoming weeks.
5. Riyad Mahrez
The Algerian international could make a surprising switch who has reportedly been courted by a number of Saudi clubs. Mahrez played 47 games in all competitions this season, scoring 15 goals and being an important member of the treble-winning squad.
