Manchester United announce 25 men squad for China leg of pre-season

Bengaluru, July 19: English Premier League giants Manchester United have officially announced their 25-man squad for their pre-season friendlies in China.

The Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho has included club captain Wayne Rooney in the squad along with youngsters Marcus Rashford and Will Keane in the strike force.

New recruits Eric Bailly and Henrikh Mkhitaryan have been included too. Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been left out of the squad though. He is currently enjoying an extended vacation.

Manchester United have already played a friendly match against Wigan Athletic in which they won 2-0, thanks to goals from Will Keane and Andres Perreira.

Goalkeepers: David De Gea, Sergio Romero, Sam Johnstone

Defenders: Eric Bailly, Daley Blind, Timothy Fosu-Mensah, Phil Jones, Paddy McNair, Marcos Rojo, Luke Shaw, Chris Smalling, Axel Tuanzebe, Antonio Valencia

Midfielders: Michael Carrick, Ander Herrera, Adnan Januzaj, Jesse Lingard, Juan Mata, Memphis Depay, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Andreas Pereira, Ashley Young

Strikers: Will Keane, Marcus Rashford, Wayne Rooney
