Following the triumphant victory against Nottingham Forest, a significant number of Manchester United supporters chose to remain at the stadium in order to express their discontent with the Glazers' ownership.
It has been almost two decades since the Americans controversially acquired control of the club through leveraging, and nine months have passed since they declared an evaluation of their strategies.

Amongst the various possibilities being considered, selling United was one option on the table. However, despite offers from Sheikh Jassim and Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the seemingly never-ending potential takeover process continues to linger.
The 1958 supporters' group has emerged as leaders in demanding that the Glazers relinquish their ownership and organized a sit-in lasting for an entire hour after Saturday's 3-2 triumph over Forest.
"Stay in your seats and protest," a tweet from the Manchester United fans read. "History, Dignity, Integrity. They stole it all. For you. For us. For each other."
Numerous individuals heeded this call, proudly displaying banners while fervent chants resonated through the air long after the final whistle had blown.
After the Red Devils' stellar victory over Forest, United boss Erik Ten Hag avoided the questions of the fans' protest and hailed them for their support.
"They are entitled to have that opinion. But you see also between the fans and the team there's a very strong bond. I think throughout my time here it even got stronger and stronger," Ten Hag said.
"Today I think, even again, we make it stronger because such a magnificent comeback will help and support that. We got big support from them, away from home and at Old Trafford, and we have to keep strengthening that. It's very good to see that fight and the spirit between us," the United boss added.
The Red Devils are currently on 7 points after three matches in the Premier League. They will be on the road in the next match as a trip to North London beckons.
