Three players Manchester United should target next summer

Manchester United are having a rollercoaster season this time out following a pretty strong first season last time out. Erik ten Hag has not been able to build on his excellent first season in charge of the Red Devils and has been under pressure. However, a recent upturn in form has somewhat relieved the Dutchman.

There is still plenty of work to done at Manchester United and we expect plenty of activity from the Red Devils in the transfer market. Here, we will take a look at three players they should be lookig to sign in the summer.

Michael Olise: Manchester United have not have much joy with their wingers in recent times. Big-money signings Antony has been a major flop while Jadon Sancho has been loaned out to Borussia Dortmund following a rigt with Erik ten Hag. Alejandro Garnacho has been pretty decent for his age while Marcus Rashford has also struggled with inconsistency. A new winger should be on the Red Devils’ wishlist for the summer and to be specific, they should be looking for a left-footed right winger. Michael Olise ticks all the boxes of what they need and he is also Premier League proven which somewhat negates the risk of him flopping. The Crystal Palace attacker has been widely linked with an exit from Selhurst Park in recent times and a move to Manchester United could well be on the cards.

Joao Neves: Manchester United could definitely do with some quality additions in the middle of the park. They have struggled in the absence of Casemiro when the Brazil international has been out with injury. A player who could be perfect for the Red Devils is Benfica wonderkid Joao Neves. Despite his age of just 19, he already has shown signs that he could be a regular for any big club in Europe. Manchester United should look to bring the Portuguese sensation to Old Trafford who could be a long-term replacement for Casemiro.

Giorgio Scalvini: Italy has always been known for being a country that produces top class defenders. However, they have somewhat struggled in recent years in that department. The Azzurri finally have someone in their ranks who could become a world-class defender in Atalanta star Giorgio Scalvini. Aged just 20, the young defender has what it takes to become a superstar in the future. Manchester United are in a dire need of additions at
