It's Full Time and Manchester United win the match convincingly with a 3-0 scoreline. The hosts dominated the entire match and deservedly progress to the 4th round. Alejandro Garnacho opened the scoring, while Casemiro and Anthony Martial also found the net.
Casemiro's floated ball in the box takes a touch of Mitchell and then finds the grateful hands of Johnstone. 3 minutes added in the match meanwhile as stoppage time.
Sam Johnstone makes two decent saves. Victor Lindelof's strong volley is saved by him and then a superb strike from Garnacho is also parried away.
Donny van de Beek shows tremendous skill again to release Pellistri. The Uruguayan tries to wriggle in the box and take a shot but ends up fouling Will Hughes.
Jean Mateta is slipped through and his shot is saved by Andre Onana. David Ozoh follows it up but snatches the shot wide.
Diogo Dalot takes a shot which is excellently blocked. Then Donny van de Beek gives away a cheap foul.
Donny van de Beek makes a superb turn. United had a promising situation there with Dalot on the ball but Crystal Palace defend well and avert the danger.
Manchester United have two substitutions in the last few minutes. Donny van de Beek came on for Hannibal Mejbri a few minutes ago, and now Rasmus Hojlund is replacing Anthony Martial.
The arrival of Eberechi Eze and Will Hughes has definitely bolstered Crystal Palace's midfield. They are looking much more dynamic at the moment going forward.
Jonny Evans denied by Johnstone! The Man Unite defender connected a header from a corner but it goes straight at Johnstone who reacts well to keep it out.
Andre Onana makes a save. Casemiro lost the ball and Riedewald found Mateta, whose shot is booted away by the Man United keeper.
Riedewald skips challenge and makes a decent run. Nathaniel Clyne gets the ball and takes a shot despite having other options, and his shot is abysmal to say the least.
Man United win the ball and switch the ball to Diogo Dalot. Dalot's pass to Pellistri is a decent one but one of the Palace defender cuts it out for a United throw.
Dan Gore is making his Man United debut today. Sofyan Amrabat had a decent game after his first start in United colours.

OFF: Varane, Amrabat || ON: Evans, Gore
Mitchell manages to send in a decent ball into the box but there was no one there. In the counter, Alejandro Garnacho shows immense control but his subsequent pass lets him down.
Martial was close again but Rob Holding comes to the rescue for Palace this time. The London club is struggling now.

Anthony Martial scores his 1st goal of the season. And that looks like it for Palace in the Carabao Cup for this season.
Goaaaaaal!! Anthony Martial scores a superb goal. Casemiro turns provider and the Frenchman nets it from a tight angle. Excellent finish!
Victor Lindelof made a darting run and then found Anthony Martial. The Frenchman tries to pass Lindelof but the pass is too heavy and goes out for a goal kick.
Rob Holding cuts out a ball but his long pass is too heavy for any of his teammates. Andre Onana claims the ball with ease.
Jean Mateta found Jordan Ayew, and then Riedewald's pass to Ayew was promising again. But Diogo Dalot stands tall and wins the ball.
Fast exchange of passes from Palace. Schlupp and Riedewald were at the heart of it, but Hannibal makes a decent challenge and wins the ball.
Victor Lindelof is at the thick of the action early. Manchester United fans have an arousing cheer for manager Erik Ten Hag as he reappears after the break.
We are back for 2nd half in Old Trafford. Man United have made a change and Mason Mount is Off as Victor Lindelof comes On.

Half Time Whistle at Old Trafford and the Red Devils are leading 2-0. Two goals in quick succession from Alejandro Garnacho and Casemiro have given the hosts a comfortable lead at the break.
The Red Devils are the current holders of the Carabao Cup as they beat Newcastle United last season to lift the trophy in Ten Hag's first season in charge. The Dutch manager will be tempted to make a few changes in the squad. For Crystal Palace, this is an opportunity to test themselves in the Cup competitions. The London club would be keen to secure a positive result at Manchester.
The Manchester United vs Crystal Palace match will start at 8 pm GMT on Tuesday, which is 12:30 am IST on Wednesday.
