Manchester United's new manager Bruno Amorim made a resounding start to his Old Trafford journey in the Premier League on Sunday (December 1).
The Red Devils dominated and destroyed Everton 4-0 at the Theatre of Dreams as Amorim secured his first Premier League victory in front of their supporters at home.

United were relentless from start to finish, with an inspired midfield display from Bruno Fernandes and clinical finishing from Joshua Zirkzee and Marcus Rashford leading the charge.
Zirkzee, starting up front for the first time since September, marked his return with a brace. The Dutch forward doubled United's lead four minutes before half time with a composed close-range finish, courtesy of another precise Fernandes assist. He then scored again just past the hour mark to complete United's victory.
Rashford also netted a brace and started United's scoring in the 34th minute. The England international also netted a minute after the restart. Everton's sloppiness, particularly in possession, ultimately proved their undoing, as Manchester United looked rejuvenated under their new boss. With such a comprehensive victory in his opening game, Amorim has set the stage for a promising new era at Old Trafford.
Along with the victory, Bruno Amorim has also notched up a fantastic piece of record under his belt. The Portuguese is now the only Man United manager in history to be a couple of goals up in his debut league match at Old Trafford. Many managers have bossed the touchline for the Red Devils over the years, but Amorim has a special feather already in the early days of his Man United career.
United, with the victory, moved up to 9th in the league table as they now have 19 points after 13 matches. Their next task will be a significant testament of their progression as they lock horns against Arsenal on Wednesday at the Emirates Stadium.
