Mitrovic's Late Goals Propel Al-Hilal To Dramatic Comeback Win Against Al-Fateh

In a thrilling encounter, Aleksandar Mitrovic scored twice in stoppage time to lead Al-Hilal to a 4-3 victory over Al-Fateh. The match showcased resilience as Al-Hilal fought back from two goals down.

Al-Hilal staged a dramatic comeback to defeat Al-Fateh 4-3, with Aleksandar Mitrovic scoring twice late on. Sofiane Bendebka had given Al-Fateh a 2-0 lead within the first 24 minutes, heading in crosses from Ahmed Al Julaydan and Hussain Qasim. Al-Hilal responded after halftime, with Nasser Al Dawsari scoring in the 50th minute.

Salem Al Dawsari equalised for Al-Hilal on the hour mark. Mourad Batna then restored Al-Fateh's lead in the 82nd minute. However, Mitrovic levelled the score three minutes later by heading in a cross from Salem Al Dawsari. The former Fulham striker secured victory in stoppage time, completing the comeback.

Mitrovic Secures Late Win for Al-Hilal

Al-Hilal's win keeps them second in the standings with two matches left, while Al-Fateh remains in 13th place. Meanwhile, Al-Nassr played without Cristiano Ronaldo and were held to a 1-1 draw against Al-Taawoun. Despite dominating early on, they couldn't find a late winner.

Sadio Mane came close to scoring for Al-Nassr when he hit the woodwork shortly after half an hour of play. Their efforts paid off six minutes into the second half when Otavio headed home from Abdulmajeed Al Sulayhim's cross to give them the lead.

However, Roger Martinez equalised for Al-Taawoun in the 70th minute as they shifted momentum. Despite intense pressure from Al-Nassr for a late goal, including Mane's stoppage-time shot cleared off the line, they remain fourth in the league table.

The thrilling matches highlight both teams' determination and resilience as they approach the season's end. With only two games remaining for each team, every point is crucial in their respective battles for league positions.
