Mohammedan SC have been promoted to the Indian Super League after winning the I-League last season. They begin their ISL 2024-25 journey on September 16 against NorthEast United at home. They will be playing all their matches at the Kishore Bharati Stadium in Kolkata.

Their first away match is set to be against Chennaiyin FC on September 26. Including the opening game, they will be playing two home matches before that. The second home match will be against FC Goa on September 21.

In the first half of the season, the Black Panthers will play a total of 13 matches - seven home matches at the Kishore Bharati Krirangan and the rest of the six matches on the road. In the first part of the season, Mohammedan will play both the home and away matches against Kerala Blasters FC.

Important Matches

With their rivalry tracing back to a century, both their matches against East Bengal on November 9 and Mohun Bagan on October 5 will both be hugely important ones. With the supporters all belonging from the same city, even though both these matches will be away games for the Black Panthers, they will see a flurry of supporters at the stadium on both matches.

Other than that, their two matches against Kerala Blasters, FC Goa, and Mumbai City will also be extremely important ones. Playing against such tough opponents, especially near the end of the first half of the season, these matches will set their position before the season goes on a break.
