Sreenidi Deccan, on the other hand, are sitting 3rd in the I-League table and will cherish this massive opportunity to impress against the Kolkata giants. They do have some decent players in the squad who can threaten the Mariners' defense and cause an upset.
After East Bengal's earlier victory over Hyderabad FC, the Mariners would also be aiming for a positive result in their Super Cup opener.
